Create, validate and refine various components of the Nike.com overhaul. Tasks included defining the content components for product detail pages, apps, and customization tools.
What we did:
We utilize various methods to better understand, design and test a digital experience. These methods include:
Card sorting: take the tech out of it and simply allow consumers to tell you which content (images, copy, video) would help them make purchasing decisions.
Usability testing: observing consumers' experience with a digital experience. After observations we look to explore what were the areas of poor performance, areas of delight, and potential enhancements for subsequent experiences.
